I work flexibly across US, UK, EU and APAC time zones. Most clients hire me for full overlap with US Eastern or UK business hours, with extended evening coverage available.

First response time is typically under 2 hours during covered hours, and within 12 hours overnight. I track and report response metrics weekly.
